How do I install Visio software on my computer?

Resolution

Note:  Microsoft does not have a desktop version of Visio for macOS

Note: Your department will need to purchase Visio and enter a request for you before it can be installed

  1. Go to Office.com
  2. Sign in with your USD email address
  3. From the Copilot homepage, click Apps in the bottom left panel
  4. Click More apps
  5. Click Install apps in the top right corner
  6. Click Microsoft 365 Apps
  7. Find Visio
  8. Select 64-bit or 32-bit version
  9. Click Install
  10. Open downloaded file
  11. Visio will install
