How do I install Visio software on my computer?

Environment

• Windows
• Office 365
• Students
• Faculty 
• Staff

Resolution

Note:  Microsoft doesn't have a desktop version of Visio for macOS

Note: your department will need to purchase Visio and enter a request for you before it can be installed

1. Go to Office.com
2. Sign in with your USD email address
3. From Office home page click Install Office > Other install options
4. Click My Account
5. Click Apps & Services
6. Find Visio
7. Select 64-bit or 32-bit version
   1. Install file will download
8. Open downloaded file
9. Visio will install
