What is the Content area in D2L? 

How do I access the Content area in D2L? 

Answer

Clicking on Content on the minibar takes you to the content section of your course.

The Content area allows you to upload supplemental materials for students. You are able to organize your course content into modules and topics to reflect your course structure and schedule.

Modules are like subject headings or chapters that are used to structure and organize your content. Topics are added under a module that will contain an actual file (e.g. a Powerpoint presentation or PDF file).
