Issue/Question

The computer is a research lab computer that will be used by multiple different people/students. The software is already installed I believe and we have used it in the past, but is now asking for a product key.

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Computer location and availability
    2. NI tag number or serial number of computer
