Outlook Attachment Issues

Issue/Question

If I get an email with an attachment, and if someone else on the thread responds to the email, I don’t have access to the attachment. I have to search my email for the original from the sender, and then I can get to what was attached. But the original email is not in my inbox.

If I want to delete an email, my own option is to delete all emails in that thread. Quite often I don’t need to keep all copies, because the most recent email shows all the emails that came prior to that – you only need to save the most current email. But I’m forced to deletedall the emails in the thread if I want to delete just one.

Cause

Show as Conversations is Checked

Resolution

1. Click on View
2. Uncheck Show as Conversations
