  • Update Index number into TMA
  • If adding or terming O&M employee in TMA add to or remove from dashboard Open WOs by Tech
  • New Dashboard for Open Wos by Tech Minus PMs
  • Tab Modifications in TMA
  • Invalid email address(miss typed email)

Cause

Dashboard needing added or updated

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following
    1. What is wanted, needs to be added or changed
    2. Name of existing dashboard or new dashboard name
