How to proceed if no survey results are received after sending out survey through Qualtrics Email Distribution.

Issue/Question

Qualtrics emails were Sent but no responses have been received

Unable to send Qualtrics surveys getting message Weekly email limit reached.  Your account has reached it's allowed outgoing emails/week limit.  Wait until the limit resets and then try sending the emails again.  If this doesn't work, reach out to your organizations administration.

    1. Details of the issue
    2. How many emails does it show sent
    3. How many emails does it show bounced
