How do I add a Lobby to my Webex meeting

Environment

  • Webex

Resolution

The Lobby can only be configured on scheduled meetings through the web interface

  1. Log in to usd.webex.com
  2. Click Schedule a meeting
  3. Configure the meeting with your required items
  4. Click Show advanced options
  5. Click Scheduling options
  6. Click Guests wait in the lobby under Unlocked meetings
  7. Click Start
