Google Account use Google Payments

Summary

Google Pay is not tied to USD e-mail accounts by design. When signing up for a service that requires payment, a non-USD account will need to be used.

Cause

YouTube Premium subscription doesn’t accept it because email address is controlled by the school’s administrator.

Resolution

By design Google Pay is not enabled on USD student accounts. In order to use the YouTube Premium subscription service, when registering, use a different gmail account or mail service that has Google Pay or some form of payment method associated to it.
