User continues to receive a notification that they are overdue for training at https://usdstudents-sd.safecolleges.com after legal name change

Cause

After legal name change user shows in system with two different accounts

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. New legal name
    2. Old legal name
    3. Attach copy of completed certificate
