25Live Schedulers creation of outstanding event search

Resolution

1. Log into 25Live Pro
2. Click Go to Search button
3. Make sure the Events option is selected in the Select Object: drop down
4. Click the Advanced toggle
5. Click Add Criteria
6. Choose Contacts
7. Change the Any Role option to Scheduler
8. Click on Edit button
9. Search for the contact that is the owner of the events that you are scheduling for
   Note: Please contact the Service Desk if you are uncertain of the contact information you need
10. Select Done
11. Click Add Criteria
12. Click Event States
13. Click Edit
14. Choose Tentative
15. Click Done
16. Click Save As Name this something that will make sense to you.  Also make sure the Add to starred searches is Yes
