Finisher is Not Working on Multifunction Copiers

Issue/Question

The uPrint copier won't staple

All printouts on the Toshiba copier come of the tray underneath

Environment

• Pharos uPrint
• Toshiba Multifunction Copier

Cause

Finisher is not plugged in.

Resolution

1. Examine back of the copier
2. Take the cable hanging from the finisher
3. Plug into the plug in the top right corner of the back of the copier
4. Restart the copier
5. If you would rather have ITS perform this, please contact the Service Desk with the following information

   3. Location of the copier
