I am receiving a pop-up error in Outlook that will not go away.

Error:  Microsoft Outlook.  Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you.  For more info, please contact your help desk.

Environment

  • Outlook 365

Cause

User no longer has access to email accounts or data files added to Outlook

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
