I am getting an error message in Transact
Error: An error has occurred verifying System Customer Information. Returning to the main menu.
Environment
Resolution
- Close all transact screens
- Re-open transact and try logging in again
- Test the same steps again
- Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- Error message received
- NI tag number on computer used to access Transact
- Provide steps you were trying to complete when error was received
