Issue/Question

Unable to create connection to CLEP server through the ETS Admin Unify program

Unable to create connection due to asynchcommhandler error

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • CLEP Cache Proxy
  • ETS Unify Admin

Cause

Having two instances of the ETS Unify Admin program attempting to connect to a CLEP cache proxy server causes an AsynchCommHandler error

Resolution

  1. If receiving AsynchCommHandler, verify if another profile or computer is connected to the CLEP Cache Proxy server
  2. Select Exit to close the program
  3. Restart the workstation if the profile or program cannot be reached manually to kill the process
