Need an archive of users OneDrive files for others to use now that the user is no longer with the University

Person is no longer employed with USD and department would like an archive of files that are on that person's OneDrive

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. User name of person that files will be archived from OneDrive
    2. Share location to place the archived files
    3. Department supervisor approval to make the archive
