Resolution

  1. Download and install the app from the App Store
  2. Launch the App on your phone or mobile device
  3. Click Use Custom Domain
  4. Enter: usd-eda
  5. Click Continue
  6. Click Log in with USD-SSO
  7. Enter your USD Username and Password in the ADFS login screen
  8. Click Sign in
  9. Send and approve a Duo push
    Note: It can take a while for the next screen to pop-up
  10. Click Allow on the Allow Access screen
