Sitecore Content Editors

  1. Log in to cm.usd.edu
  2. Click Content Editor
  3. Expand Content
  4. Expand Global
  5. Expand Shared Content
  6. Expand Callouts
    1. Expand Announcement Gallery, if appropriate
    2. Click appropriate gallery
      1. Update Link text box to http://apps.usd.edu/campus/calendar/index.cfm 
        1. Note: For an Organization specific path (i.e. USD-Athletic Department) add a url parameter in the format of trumbaEmbed=filter2%3DUSD-Athletic%20Department 
      2. Update Event URL to https://25livepub.collegenet.com/calendars/USDPublicCalendar.json?xcal=1&weeks=2 
        1. ​​​​​​​Note: For an Organization specific path (i.e. USD-Athletic Department) add a url parameter in the format of filter2=USD-Athletic+Department 
      3. Follow normal publishing procedures to push changes to the website
    3. Expand Event Briefing, if appropriate 
      1. Update Link text box to http://apps.usd.edu/campus/calendar/index.cfm
