Issue/Question

Somehow the picture on my profile found through SNAP is incorrect. Can that be corrected?

Environment

Cause

Photo in the Coyote Card system may have inadvertently changed

Resolution

  1. Contact the Coyote Card Office with the following information
    1. Name
    2. ID number
  2. Once photo is updated it will sync to the Employee Dashboard overnight
