Trouble Accessing LastPass

Issue/Question

I am trying to get Last Pass on my browser and begin using it, but I am having trouble accessing and getting it to function. 

I get a message that Federated login is not available for web login.

Environment

  • LastPass Enterprise

Cause

Logging in to the Enterprise version of LastPass requires the use of a browser extension.

Resolution

  1. Install LastPass browser extension from LastPass
  2. Open Browser Extension
  3. Enter USD email address
