Checking your iOS and Android Device Version

How do I check my iPhone device version?

Environment

• iPhone
• Apple Watch (Series 0 is not eligible)
• Android

Resolution

iPhone

1. Go to Settings>General>Software Updates
   Note:  If your device is running iOS 12.2 or later you’re ready to use the Coyote Card Mobile
2. If not tap Download>Install
3. Passcode may be required to start install
4. Follow the instructions to finish upgrading to the latest version of iOS

Apple Watch

Note:  The Series # for the Apple Watch can be found on the back or the watch.  

1. Instructions for verifying and/or updating your Apple Watch software version

Android

1. Tap Settings>General>Software Update>Download>Install
2. Passcode may be required to start install
3. Your device will display the estimated download time
