Adding Campus Level Permissions to SPEL PowerBi Dashboard

Issue/Question

I need access to additional campuses in the SPEL dashboard

Environment

• SPEL
• PowerBi

Resolution

Note: Only Admins of the Pillar 2 Dashboard can perform these steps. Admins currently are Amy Strege, Rebecca Redetzke, Jennifer Hsu, Dane Hansen, Parker Spitzer

1. Go to app.powerbi.com
2. Click Sign In if you are not logged in automatically
   • Use your USD Email
3. Click the Workspace Pillar 2 SPEL Dashboard
4. Hover over the Pillar 2 SPEL Dashboard v2 dataset 
5. Click 
6. Click Security
7. Click the campus
8. Type the email address of the user to add
9. Click Add
10. Click Save
11. Click Access in the upper-right-hand corner
12. Type the email address of the user
13. Set the drop-down value to Viewer
14. Click Add
