How do I share my Outlook Calendar with an external user. I want to share details, not just free/busy times.

Note: This type of calendar sharing must be done in the Outlook Web App
- Navigate to mail.usd.edu
- Click on the calendar icon in the lower left-hand corner
- Next to the calendar, you want to share click the three dots ...
- Click Sharing and permissions
- Type the email address of whom you would like to share it too in the Outside your organization field
- In the drop-down select Can view titles and locations or Can view when I'm busy
- Click Share
To receive via Gmail
- Open your Gmail
- Copy the link address ending in reachcalendar.ics
- Open Google Calendar
- Under Other calendars, select Add by URL from the dropdown menu
- Paste .ics link
- Click Add Calendar
- Done
