Issue/Question

  • I need more storage on the South Dakota Data Store
  • I'm out of space on my SDDS Sharing Tier Allocation
  • My SDDS Archive Tier is using too much space

Environment

  • South Dakota Data Store
  • Globus

Cause

The SDDS Sharing Tier and SDDS Archive Tier have hard and soft quotas to limit users to their allowed storage amounts

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Lab name
    2. Amount of space to add
    3. Index number
