Can't find office computer through Remote Desktop Connection

Note: Remote Desktop Connection does not work through remote.usd.edu
- Restart the computer you are physically at
- Connect to VPN if trying from off campus
- Verify the computer you are trying to connect to is on
- Restart the computer you are trying to connect to
- Try connecting through the IP address
- Click
- Type cmd
- Click Command prompt
- Type ipconfig
- Hit Enter
- Your ip address is the IPv4 entry i.e. 192.236.xxx.xxx
- Uninstall Video Drivers
- Type Device Manager in the Windows search bar
- Open Device Manager
- expand Display adapters
- Right-click the display adapter
- Click Uninstall Device
- Check Delete the driver software for this device.
- Click OK
- Restart Windows
