Getting 49.4C02 error

Environment

  • HP printer

Cause

Corrupt print job

Resolution

  1. Turn printer off
  2. Disconnect network cable from printer
  3. Turn printer on
  4. Wait till the printer boots all the way up
  5. Plug the network cable in
  6. Start hitting the Cancel/X button on the printer immediately
  7. Cancel all jobs that come up
