Issue/Question

I can't login into the SafeColleges (Vector) website. 

 I have tried my USD email but the training is not under that email. Can you help?

Cause

Duplicate Account

Account has personal instead of USD email for username

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Error Message
    2. Username provided in training email
