Computer is Unresponsive When I Try To Log In

Classroom computer is unresponsive, and I can't log in.

Issue/Question

The OK button screen would not advance to the actual log in page

Environment

  • Classroom computer

Resolution

  1. Verify that the mouse pointer moves
  2. Try pressing the Enter key on the keyboard 
  3. Still unable to log in, please Report Smart Classroom Issue with the following information: 
    1. Building name
    2. Room number
    3. A detailed description of the issue and include any error messages if applicable
