Issue/Question

The camera in the Smart classroom is misaligned

Camera in the classroom is not aligned correctly

Environment

• Smart Classroom
• Web Conference camera
• Camera

Cause

Camera position is not set correctly

Resolution

1. Check the touch panel or XPanel for the camera control button
   Note: You may need to scroll up or down the buttons on the left side of the touch panel or XPanel
   Note: Not all rooms will have this feature
2. If available try the Preset 1 button
3. Use the Up Down Left or Right arrows to move the camera
4. Please Report Smart Classroom Issue with the following information: 
   1. Building name
   2. Room number 
   3. A detailed description of the issue
