When trying to use the webcam in a Smart classroom there is no video or audio.

Unable to see video or hear audio from the webcam

The webcam in the Smart classroom is not working

The webcam has a blinking green light on the front of it

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Check the privacy settings for the camera and microphone 
  2. Re-enable the camera and microphone if set to disabled in the privacy settings
  3. Verify that the camera and microphone are set correctly in the video and audio settings of the web application
  4. Unable to resolve the issue, go to step 5
  5. Please Report Smart Classroom Issue with the following information: 
    1. Building Name
    2. Room Number
    3. A detailed description of the issue
