Issue/Question

When I click on the link for a media02.usd.edu video in my course, I get an error message.

Error: This site can’t be reached

          media02.usd.edu refused to connect.

Environment

  • Desire2Learn (D2L)
  • Media02 Streaming Server

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The link you are attempting to Access
    2. The course the link is for
    3. Any troubleshooting steps you have taken so far
