What is the "U Get It" button?

How do I use it?

  • U Get IT!
  • Databases
  • Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Cause

The UGet It button will show you whether you can access the article through another database or need to request an Inter library Loan (ILL), from another library.   

Resolution

U Get It! allows for easy access to articles in a different database without redoing your search

  1. To Access U Get IT!
    1. Browse to Library 
    2. Click Databases 
    3. Complete your search in the search box
  2. If full text is available
    1. Click the red GO button 
    2. Clicking will take you to Primo (USD catalog) and search our resources
    3. You will be taken to the full article
  3. If full text is not available, red U Get it! logo
    1. It will either direct you to where we do have access to full text or say we don't have full text from another resource
      1. Clicking will take you to Primo (USD catalog) and search our resources
      2. If we don't have it, you can order it through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)  
      3. Click the ILLiad link to be taken to the Interlibrary request form
