Resolution

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File
  3. Click Account Settings
  4. Click Account Settings
  5. Double click email address
  6. Click More Settings
  7. Click Advanced
  8. Click Add
  9. Type in email address that shared the folders
  10. Click OK
  11. Click OK
  12. Click Next
  13. Click Finish
  14. Folders should now be visible in Outlook
