  1. Go to Grad PLUS Master Promissory
  2. Scroll down to PLUS MPN for Graduate/Professional Students
  3. On the right hand side of the screen, click LOG IN TO START
  4. Use your FSA ID Username and FSA ID Password to login
  5. Complete and submit the form
