Resolution

  1. Go to Master Promissory Note (MPN)
  2. Scroll down to MPN for Subsidized/Unsubsidized Loans
  3. On the right hand side of the screen, click Log In to start
  4. Use your FSA ID Username and FSA ID Password to login
  5. Complete and submit the form
