Check whether the computer has a Creative Cloud device license

Our Adobe Creative Suite on our work station is asking for a login.

We don't have a log in for the software because it isn't a user license. It is supposed to be a machine specific license.

Cause

Want to verify license status for computer

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Location of computer
    2. NI tag number of computer
    3. Department that owns computer, if known

  2. Reinstall Adobe CC Device License
