Printer Will Only Print One Page

Resolve issue printing only one page by resetting paper tray levers or reinstalling print driver

Problem

Printer will not print, It Prints 1 page and stops

Paper prompts for paper type after every page

Solution

  1. Open paper tray
  2. Pull lever back
  3. Push lever up to paper
  4. Disable prompt for paper type
    1. On the printer control panel menu, navigate to Setup and press OK
    2. Navigate to Manage Trays and press OK
    3. Navigate to Size/Type Prompt and press OK
    4. Navigate to Do Not Display and press OK
  5. If still not printing correctly, see Local Printer or Scanner Not Working
