Issue/Question
I have finals coming up and got an email that I need to return my books
Environment
- Charlie's Bookstore website
- usd.textbookx.com
- USD's Online Bookstore
Cause
usd.textbookx.com sends out several reminder emails before the due date
Resolution
Note: Reminder emails will be sent out before the rental books need to be returned
- Reread the email, it will list the date the book must be returned, this should be after your final
- If you still have issues, please contact Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop online or in the MUC if you need further assistance.
