Issue/Question

Need audio and video equipment removed while ceiling and HVAC work is being done

Monitor is not being used

Equipment is not wanted or needed

TV on wall needs to be removed

HVAC and ceiling repair being done in the room - need equipment removed so it is not damaged

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Building
   2. Room
   3. A detailed description of equipment to be removed
   4. Timeline of when work needs to be completed
   5. Timeline of when the room will be available for equipment to be re-installed
