Cause

Incorrect power settings

Incorrect or broken drivers

Resolution

  1. Press   Key
  2. Type Edit Power
  3. Press Enter
  4. Click Change advanced power settings
  5. Click USB settings
  6. Click USB selective suspend setting
  7. Click Setting:
  8. Click 
  9. Select Disabled
  10. Click OK
  11. Locate current drivers through Windows Update or the hardware vendor's website
