Can I send a Calendar invitation to a Listserv?

Environment

• Outlook
• Listserv

Resolution

Note:  Yes you can send an appointment to a listserv and the process is the same as creating a normal calendar event

1. Open Outlook
2. Click  Calendar
3. Click New Appointment
4. Set up the event subject, location, time, etc
5. Click Scheduling Assistant
6. Add the email address of the listserv under All Attendees
7. When you are ready, send the appointment to the list
