Can you unlock a page?

Environment

  • Sitecore CM (cm.usd.edu)

Cause

A Sitecore user has locked a page or item and is not available to unlock it

Resolution

  1. Please contact the helpdesk to request that the specific SiteCore page be unlocked, providing the URL to the page or the path to the Sitecore item to be unlocked
