Running a Transaction Report in Pharos Reports

Issue/Question

My Pharos reports are not adding up to the actual copies made

Environment

• Pharos Reports

Cause

Pharos reports show copies, and prints os separate reports

Resolution

1. Open Pharos Reports
2. Top left of Pharos Reports has tabs for Copying and Printing
3. Select the Appropriate tab and select either Copier Transactions, or Printer Transactions
   1. Select the Copier or Printer needed from the drop down
   2. Set the Start Date and End Date for the report
   3. Click Preview
