  1. Verify that the USB cable did not come unplugged from the monitor
  2. Verify that the Scale and layout setting under the Display settings is set to 100%
    1. Right-click on the desktop
    2. Choose Display Settings
    3. Under Scale and layout, click the drop-down arrow and choose 100%
  3. Please Report Smart Classroom Issue with the following information
    1. Building name
    2. Room number
    3. A detailed description of the issue
