Issue/Question

Our department has purchased a new type of device with wifi capabilities

How do we get these types of devices connected to the USD wifi

Environment

  • USD Wireless Network
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • USD Faculty/Staff

Cause

New device type to connect to WiFi

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. MAC address of the device
    2. Location where the device will be placed
    3. Your name and best contact method
    4. The purchase order (PO) number for the device(s)
