Cause

Pending updates on computer needed to be addressed

Examplify needed to be updated

Resolution

Check Windows Update

  1. Check computer updates
    Note: Computer may need multiple restarts to complete all updates

Reinstall Examplify

  1. Click
  2. Type Control Panel
  3. Select Programs and Features
  4. Select Examsoft
  5. Select Uninstall
  6. Once done, restart computer
  7. Proceed with Examplify installation
