Digital Measure allows us to access data using web services. When they make a change to their web services, we will need to update how we use those services to make sure our data is always updated.

Digital Measures sent out a notification that they are updating their web services to address security concerns.  All users need to update their code for calls the Digital Measures web services to continue to work
