Requesting Access to VALT

Issue/Question

Can I have these people put into the VALT Supervisor user group?
User needs to be added to Valt
My computer doesn't have access to VALT
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We need a user to be moved to the supervisor group in VALT

Environment

• VALT Camera Recording
• USD-VALT

Cause

A new user needs access to the School of Education's VALT server.

An existing user needs to be removed from VALT

Computer needs to be allowed access to VALT

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. The USD Username or USD Email of the user(s)
   2. What permissions group each user needs to be added to:
      1. VALT_Admin
      2. VALT_Faculty
      3. VALT_GradAssistant
      4. VALT_Students
      5. VALT_Supervisor
      6. Azure_WVD_VALT_Users
         Note: the above group can grant remote access to VALT via the WVD Edge Browser in the Titanium-app
   3. Name of the computer that needs access
