Accessing IDEA Course Evaluations as Faculty

Issue/Question

When I follow the link to the IDEA evaluations on myUSD portal, I get a page that says I have no course evaluations.

Environment

• CampusLabs
• Faculty

Cause

Accessed student link instead of instructor/faculty link

Resolution

1. Login Campus Labs
2. Log in with your university email account and password

Issues Opening the website

1. Suggested browser: Chrome or Firefox
2. Close the browser and reopen it after clearing cookies and cache
   • open a Private Browsing window (in Firefox) or an Incognito window (in Chrome) if you prefer not to clear cookies/cache
