Credit swipe is not reading chips or magnetic strips. we must enter card numbers manually
At least half of our credit card transactions have failed in the past few weeks
I can't restart the credit card machine because the device is secured from tampering

- Verify that there is no wired network or Wifi outage
- Call Elavon Support 800-490-7332
- Provide merchant number (listed on machine)
- Follow their troubleshooting steps
