Examplify Error Minimum Screen Resolution

Windows display scale setting on a laptop not set to 100% can cause a screen resolution error to be displayed in Examplify testing software.

Issue/Question

Every time I open Examplify I receive an error message

Error: Recommended System Requirements You may experience performance issues because your system doesn’t meet these recommendations: Minimum Screen Resolution required is 1280 X 768

Environment

  • Windows
  • Laptop
  • Examplify

Cause

Windows screen scaling is not set to 100%

Resolution

  1. Click on
  2. Click on
  3. Click on System
  4. Click on the Display tab
  5. Click on the box below Change the size of text, apps, and other items
  6. Select 100%
